Woodbird offers free shipping for orders over 120€.
The shipping fee is 7€.
Shipping Outside Denmark
Orders placed with a delivery address abroad (outside of Denmark), Greenland, or the Faroe Islands, are sent via GLS. In case there is anything missing from your package, please write to contact@woodbird.dk
Delivery: 3 to 4 business days
FlexDeliveryService (GLS)
If you have chosen the FlexDeliveryService (GLS) when you placed an order at Woodbird, we are absolved of any responsibility for the package as soon as it’s scanned or delivered to your chosen location eg. your stairwell, a garage, or your doorstep, etc. The customer receives full responsibility and we are not liable for stolen, lost, or damaged packages.
Incorrect or Missing Orders
Please contact via email contact@woodbird.dk. You will be asked to provide your order number or any other information pertaining to your order.
Returns
You have a right to return your order from Woodbird within 14 days from the day you received it.
How to return
1. PACK
We do not cover expences related to return freight, toll, customs etc.
Place the delivery note and item(s) you would like to return in the package you received or any other packaging. Close it securely, using sufficient tape and place a return label - please, make sure to cover the old shipping label.
Your return package must also contain a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or other documentation showing your purchase.
Items cannot be returned as a collect on delivery and not to a collection point address and you must pay for the cost of returning.
2. SEND

3. REFUND
As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund within 7 working days to the relevant bank or credit card company.
