Woodbird offers free shipping for orders over 120€.
The shipping fee is 7€.

Shipping Outside Denmark

Orders placed with a delivery address abroad (outside of Denmark), Greenland, or the Faroe Islands, are sent via GLS. In case there is anything missing from your package, please write to contact@woodbird.dk Woodbird.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE DENMARK: 3 to 4 business days

 

FlexDeliveryService (GLS)

If you have chosen the FlexDeliveryService (GLS) when you placed an order at Woodbird, we are absolved of any responsibility for the package as soon as it’s scanned or delivered to your chosen location eg. your stairwell, a garage, or your doorstep, etc. The customer receives full responsibility and we are not liable for stolen, lost, or damaged packages.


Stock Status

All our products at Woodbird are normally in stock unless otherwise stated. On the rare occasion that the stock is not updated and may result in a longer delivery time than usual, you will be contacted right away. Please ensure that your contact details are correct.


Incorrect or Missing Orders

Please contact via email contact@woodbird.dk. You will be asked to provide your order number or any other information pertaining to your order. 



Returns

You have a right to return your order from Woodbird within 14 days from the day you received it.


How to do a return?

  1. Print the return form.
  2. Fill it out accordingly. 
  3. Place the return form in the package along with the product/s that you want to return.
  4. Send the package to:

Extra Expenses For Returns

You will pay for the return expenses related to freight, toll, customs, etc. These will not be covered by Woodbird.

Refunds

If you requested a refund, we will endeavor to put it on your account within 7 days of receiving your package.
