§ 1. Placing an Order:

It's possible to place an order at Woodbird via our website (www.woodbird.dk), phone or personal inquiry. All contracts is concluded in danish. Alle prices are incl. VAT and other taxes. All prices are in force of daily pricing.

§ 2. Payment

We offer payment through creditcardpayment (Visa or mastercard) eller by invoices (only b2b). You will be added an additional fee in some cases (please contact us before ordering, if in doubt).

If you are paying with creditcard, you are always secured against creditcard-abuse. You have the possibility to reject a payment, when receiving your payment history. You don't have any own risk, in case your card is being abused, when ordering from a webshop using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment configurations.

Data exchanged when buying with creditcard is always encrypted (SSL), and it's hereby only Nets (PBS) who is able to read it. Neither woodbird.dk or other parties have access to read your payment data.

Your payment who be withdrawn before your order have been shipped from woodbird. It will never be possible to raise a higher amount, than the one you have accepted at final checkout.

§ 3. Delivery and Shipment.

We are shipping inside Denmark (DK) border for the price of 29,00 kr. / package in Parcel Shop Delivery (GLS). When ordering over 600,00 kr. / package, you receive free delivery at Parcel Shop Delivery (GLS).

At "standard delivery" (at your private or business address, the price is 79,00 kr. / package, no matter size of the total buy.

When ordering abroad (outside DK), Greenland or Faroe Island, are to be discussed with woodbird. Delivery is with GLS. If there is anything missing in your delivery, please contact woodbird ASAP, after receiving your package.

Delivery inside dk: 1-3 hverdage.
Delivery outside dk: 3-4 workdays.

Flexdelivery: If you advise the carrier to place your package a given place, when ordering at woodbird.dk, woodbird.dk at alle time have the right to disclaim full responsibility, and hereby pass responsibility on to the customer, as soon the package is scanned or delivered at the given address. E.g. if you advise the carrier to place the package in a garage, stairway etc.

Stockstatus: All goods at woodbird.dk are normally in stock. In some rare cases there can be mistakes, which doesn't make the stock 100% correct, which may result in longer delivery time than normal. If this is the case, you will be contacted right away.

§ 4. Contract

By every order, you have to accept terms and conditions. We recommend that you read these very thoroughly.

At woodbird.dk you will only be able to make an order if you are over the age of 18, or on behalf by a parent or other eventual official contact person.

§ 5. Claim

As consumer, you have a period of 2 years claim if your product should be broken. This means that you can possibly get your product repaired, exchanged, a refund or discount, depending on the actual situation.

This is of course only valid that the claim is justified, and haven't occurred due to incorrect use of the product, lack of maintenance, cf. the manual or other damage-causing behavior.

A claim must be reported within reasonable time, after discovering the claim. Claiming within 2 months after buying, your complaint is considered to be correct. We naturally refund reasonable freight costs, when filing and returning a claim. If it's accepted as a claim.

When you wish to file a claim, you have to send it to our warehouse address:(only after appointment) with the included returnform, in the box.

Attention! We don't accept parcels send by COD, without regular delivery etc. Please return the product(s) in original packing, and be sure to get a receipt for your shipment.

Incase your claim is not accepted due to terms, the consumer will not get a refund. It's very important, that you are very specific, when explaining the claim.

When receiving your claim, you will get an e-mail, with information regarding the process.

§ 6. General Data Protection Regulation

To be able to make an order at woodbird.dk, following information is required:
Cell phone number

The above is stored with information about which items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year that information relates to, cf. the Accounting Act §10, after which information is deleted.

Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the applicable law and General Data Protection Regulation.

As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you and you may object to a registration according to terms of the rules regarding this in the General Data Protection Regulation. § 7. Cancellation / wrong buy / right of withdrawal

When shopping at woodbird.dk, we always offer a 14 day return policy, from the very day, you received your parcel. You can only return a product of the condition of the product, is the very same as when buying. The right of cancellation can only be exercised if the goods are returned in the same condition and amount, and the right of withdrawal will therefore lapse if you use the goods in a way that clearly reduces the value of the product significantly.

The packaging must therefore always be returned with a return to fulfill the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.

NOTE! Your right of withdrawal will lapse if you use these goods, as it will significantly reduce the sales value of your goods, cf. Section 20 (2) of the Consumer Contracts Act. 3, No. 1.

If you choose to take advantage of the cancellation right, you must pay the post to return the item.

You can also regret refusing to receive the item at the post office or hand it in person at the above address. When you regret your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you. This will be done by a transfer to your bank account once we have returned the product and checked that it meets the cancellation rules. It is therefore important that we provide your registration number and account number.

It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if full information is included in the package - such as copy of order confirmation, registration number and bank account account number for which refund can be made, copy of any. prior correspondence etc. Note - We do not receive packages sent per. COD.

It is always a good idea to save the original packaging until you find out if you want to keep it purchased or not. In some cases, the packaging may mean that the sales value of the product is deteriorating and thus the right of withdrawal can not be utilized.

If a product received return, due to 14 days of cancellation, is damaged due to bad packaging, Woodbird is relieved of any liability to refund the value of the item. Taking advantage of the right of withdrawal, Woodbird repays the entire purchase price incl. shipping costs.

§ 8. Confidentiality

Personal information is treated strictly confidential by Woodbird. The entered information is processed encrypted and never shared with a third party.

§ 9. Law and jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be settled under Danish law in the ordinary courts.
