Placing an Order

You can place an order at Woodbird via our site (www.woodbird.eu). In order to place an order, you possess a valid payment method acceptable to us.  All contracts are concluded in Danish.  A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have charged your chosen payment method. All prices include VAT and other taxes but are exclusive of shipping costs. All prices are final and based on the price during the transaction.


Our available payment methods include card payment (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal) 

When paying with a credit card, your payment is safe and completely encrypted by SSL (Secure Socket Layer), and is guarded against credit card abuse. Any data accompanying the transaction is only accessed by Nets (PBS). Woodbird or any third parties have no access to it.  

Your card will be debited once an order has been made from Woodbird. The amount that you accepted at the final checkout will be the same amount debited from your card and will not be raised to a higher amount. 


By placing an order with Woodbird you agree to all the terms and conditions. We recommend that you read these very thoroughly. In order to place an order at Woodbird, you must be over 18 years of age or on behalf of a parent or another official contact person.


All items sold on the Woodbird web shop are subject to 2 years warranty. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear of use, but only production faults. Note that items such as shoes are subject to serious daily wear and failing to take care of the item in question, proper cleaning and maintenance, can result in the ruining of shoes that under normal care taking wouldn’t have broken. Such items are not subject to warranty.


Filing a Claim

When you wish to file a claim, send the product with the return form to our warehouse address (only after an agreement is reached):

When we receive your claim, you will get an e-mail with information regarding the process.

Please take note that we don't accept packages sent by COD or those sent via non-standard delivery, etc. Please return the product(s) in the original packaging and be sure to get a receipt for your shipment.

You may normally examine the item in the same way as you would in a shop, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed or permitted in a shop and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you should expect us to deduct the depreciation in value from your refund. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount. All hangtags and labels must be on the garment and not removed.


Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)

You have a right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received it. However, you can only return a product if its condition is the same as when you received it. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods are returned in the same condition and amount. 

For approved cancellations, Woodbird refunds the entire purchase price including shipping costs.

Exceptions To The Right Of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal will lapse if you use these goods as it will significantly reduce the value of the product value in accordance with Section 20 (2) of the Consumer Contracts Act. 3, No. 1.  The packaging must be returned together with the products in order to fulfill the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.

How To Cancel 

If you choose to cancel an order, you must pay the postage to return the package.

Refusing Your Package

You have the right to refuse to receive your package. You also have the option to return it in person at the aforementioned address.

When you refuse your package, the purchase price will be refunded to you. This will be done by a transfer to your bank account once we receive the returned package and checked that it meets the cancellation requirements. 

Though not required, the process will be expedited if the following information is included in the package - a copy of the order confirmation, registration number, bank account number (for the refund), copy of any prior correspondence, etc. 

If we receive a damaged product due to incompetent packaging (returned due to cancellation), Woodbird will not be held liable for any refunds. 


Personal information is treated strictly confidential by Woodbird. Any information from you that is taken when an order is made or when emails or any electronic messages are exchanged is encrypted and never shared with a third party.

Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be settled under Danish law in ordinary courts.
