You're welcome to send a dish back to the culture kitchen. Nobody should be stuck with anything they don't want to eat or wear. Here's how to send it back.

  • Denmark

    Register your order and you'll get a QR code for your return label, no printer required at the parcel shop. 39,00 kr is deducted from your refund.

    Prefer to arrange your own return shipping instead? That works too — you just cover the cost yourself. Either way, packages must go directly to the address below; we can't accept anything routed elsewhere first.

  • Europe

    Changed your mind? Returning a product in Europe is no problem. You've got 14 days from delivery to send it back.

    Start by registering your return in the return portal above, before you send anything. That way we know what's coming.

    We don't currently offer a return label for returns from outside Denmark, so you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Pack the item(s) with a copy of your order confirmation into the box (or any packaging), seal it up, and make sure the old shipping label is covered.

    No collect-on-delivery and no collection-point addresses, please.

  • Wrong item or defect?
