Congratulations on your Christmas scratch card from Woodbird®. Here are a few quick answers, and the full terms follow below.

Use it no later than 31 January 2027

This applies to all prizes, including the 1.000 DKK and 5.000 DKK gift cards. After 31 January 2027, every code lapses, including any balance left on a gift card.

How do I use my prize?
Enter the code from your scratch card at checkout on woodbird.dk or woodbird.eu, just like any other gift card or discount code.

I won 20 DKK, 100 DKK or 200 DKK. How does it work?
Your prize is a discount code. It can be used once, so the full amount must be used on a single order. If you return items from that order, the discount is not refunded.

I won 1.000 DKK or 5.000 DKK. How does it work?
Your prize is a gift card. You can spread it across several orders until the balance is spent, no later than 31 January 2027. If you return items paid for with the gift card, the amount goes back onto your gift card.

§ 1. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from 16 November 2026 to 23 December 2026.

§ 2. How to Get a Scratch Card

Every order placed on woodbird.dk or woodbird.eu during the campaign period includes one scratch card. One scratch card per order, regardless of order size. Participation is free. The scratch card costs nothing extra, and our prices are not raised during the campaign.

§ 3. Prizes

Scratch the card to reveal three symbols. Three matching symbols win the prize for that symbol:

Lucky Cat: gift card worth 5.000 DKK
Lantern: gift card worth 1.000 DKK
Mahjong tiles: discount code worth 200 DKK
Noodle boxes: discount code worth 100 DKK
Plastic stool: discount code worth 20 DKK

Three different symbols win 0 DKK. Prizes are distributed at random.

§ 4. Redeeming Your Prize

Your scratch card reveals a code. Enter it at checkout on woodbird.dk or woodbird.eu, just like any other gift card or discount code. All prizes, including the 1.000 DKK and 5.000 DKK gift cards, must be used no later than 31 January 2027, after which the code lapses.

§ 5. Discount Codes (20 DKK, 100 DKK and 200 DKK)

A discount code can be used once, and the full amount must be used on a single order. Any unused amount lapses.

If you return items from an order where a discount code was used, the discount is not refunded. You are only refunded what you actually paid.

§ 6. Gift Cards (1.000 DKK and 5.000 DKK)

A gift card can be used across several orders until the balance is spent, no later than 31 January 2027. Any balance left after 31 January 2027 lapses.

If you return items paid for with a gift card, the gift card part of the payment is returned to your gift card.

§ 7. General Conditions

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, and each code can only be used by one customer. Damaged, altered or illegible scratch cards are not valid. If you shop in a currency other than Danish kroner, the value of the code is converted at checkout.

Purchases by people under the age of 18 must be made by a parent or guardian, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
